The tightly contested student film competition moved a step closer today with the release of the finalists and highly commended entries. From just over 400 film entries from around the country they have progressed through the judging process for consideration for the top awards. The theme for this years’ competition was Small actions. Big Impact.
“We were impressed with a stunning display of creativity, storytelling and passion for recycling. The students showed us their emerging skills in film making and environmental activism,” said Spyro Kalos, Head of MobileMuster. The finalists are listed below. A panel of film, environmental and education experts selected the finalist and highly commended entries based on their creativity, technical skills, environmental message and relevance to the theme Small actions. Big Impact. The winners will be announced on Monday 2 November 2020 on our website and social media channels. The films will be showcased by MobileMuster and Planet Ark during National Recycling Week (9 to 15 November) to encourage the community to recycle.
